This place is a really good dealership I recommend it 100%, and they have very nice new cars at a AFFORDABLE PRICE!!I didn’t get a car because I didn’t have the full down payment but Jeff and Omar held the car for me for almost a week intill I got the whole down payment, and they let me test drive the car as long as I wanted without harassing me they tried there best to do what they can, once they get the car I want I will forsure be back!! Most dealerships judge by your appearance if they want to sale you a car or not and this place doesn’t make you feel like that at all they will try there best to get you in a car if you have all the requirements!! Oh boy. Out of all the dealerships on Stockton Blvd Sacramento this loving family is more caring and customer service centric than any other. At first when I was looking at the cars nobody really asked me questions or approached me. However later on when I asked why. Omar responded by telling me that he does not want to hound over the customers browsing at cars; he wants them to look at the car and make sure they like it and then a salesman will assist them. And this is so true any other dealer will have their sales team hound and harass every moment they have. Auto World of Sacramento really cares about the experience they offer and will take care of you whatever your situation is. I highly recommend them.
